The Home-QRTP is a safe place for children to grow, learn, and heal from adverse childhood experiences. Trust Based Relational Interventions, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, educational enrichment, behavior modification, life skills training, and comprehensive after care services help children meet their potential in all areas of life. The Home-QRTP works with girls who struggle with behavior problems as a result of early childhood trauma or sexual abuse. Children reside in a homelike environment, attend public schools, and actively participate in community life. A holistic approach to physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual development is incorporated in their individual goals. Children learn empathy, accountability, responsibility, and respect for themselves and the community as a whole. Healthier choices today will affect their life tomorrow.

The Bridge - Transitional Living Program
As part of the internal continuum of care, advanced transitional living training and educational supports are available for youth to bridge the journey towards young adulthood. A transitional living home for girls teaches progressive independence while an apartment program allows them to practice newfound skills. The agency provides emotional support, employment connections, transportation and counseling to increase positive outcomes for youth while they practice independent living skills. Residents must be actively engaged in pursuit of advanced educational goals, seek gainful employment, and practice healthy lifestyles.

The Hill - Administration
A foundation of Trauma Informed Care focuses on youth guided and family driven care across the organizational culture. Administrative offices are located at The Hill on University Parkway. Agency program oversight, business management functions, and accreditation standards are managed here. Policy development focuses on the importance of building connections with children from hard places to improve their lives. Many behavior problems are learned in early childhood but can be redirected by learning new skills. Healthy families and healthy adults model positive support, guidance, and the formation of relationships that foster resiliency. Counselors, therapists, advocates, and volunteers work together to improve youth outcomes. A Mentoring Program pairs trained volunteers or interns with youth to build healthy connections and mentoring opportunities for youth.
